A fast‑growing Budapest‑based technology company is looking for a senior professional who can independently lead and oversee the organization’s end‑to‑end recruitment activities. We are seeking someone who is deeply experienced in sourcing and engaging IT specialists, understands the needs of technical teams, and brings both strategic insight and hands‑on execution to support continuous growth. Tasks:
– Full ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes
– Managing recruitment process for senior and specialist IT roles
– Close collaboration with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
– Active sourcing and pre‑screening of candidates
– Process improvement and reporting
– Managing contracting and onboarding process
Expectations:
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT recruiter
– Advanced proficiency in Hindi and English
– Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end IT recruitment processes
– Structured, independent working style
– Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
