We are looking for a high-impact, hands-on Head of Talent & Operations to lead and scale our recruitment activities in the Indian market, while also driving operational excellence across EU–India collaboration.

This is a hybrid strategic + execution role combining:

• IT / Digital recruitment leadership

• Direct sourcing & talent acquisition ownership

• Cross-regional operational coordination

You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring quality, and acting as a bridge between EU stakeholders and India-based talent.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and digital roles

• Actively source candidates directly (LinkedIn, networks, market mapping)

• Build and maintain a strong personal talent network in India

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy

• Ensure high-quality candidate evaluation, using structured and competency-based methods

• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and hiring effectiveness

Operations & Market Ownership

• Act as a key point of contact between EU teams and India operations

• Support and coordinate cross-regional projects and hiring initiatives

• Take ownership of recruitment delivery and outcomes, not just coordination

• Contribute to building scalable processes in the India market

What we are Looking For

Must-have

• Proven experience in IT / digital recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Active Hindi network for identifying and deploying suitable candidates

• Strong hands-on sourcing experience (not only coordination)

• Demonstrated ability to build and leverage personal talent networks

• Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (clear, structured, confident)

• Experience working in or with the Indian job market

Strong Advantage
